What to know about Sabo
Sabo, launched in 2011 as Sabo Skirt, is an Australian womenswear label founded by sisters-in-law Yiota Kouzoukas and Thessy Batsinilas, who grew a bedroom fashion blog into a global online business. Designed in-house at its Brisbane headquarters, the range covers dresses, tops, skirts, swimwear, shoes and bags in a breezy, sun-bleached coastal aesthetic aimed at Gen Z shoppers. The brand ships to more than 200 countries, opened Queensland stores from 2017 and added its first Sydney store at Westfield Bondi Junction in March 2025. Ownership remains with the founders.
