Sandy Liang

Sandy Liang is an independent New York womenswear label founded in 2014 by Parsons graduate Sandy Liang, who grew up above her family's Lower East Side restaurant, Congee Village. The brand built its following on reworked fleeces and shearlings, and now centers a girlhood-coded aesthetic of bows, ruffles, gingham, baby-doll dresses, cardigans and ballet flats. Liang shows at New York Fashion Week and runs a Manhattan flagship. In October 2025 she released a 23-piece womenswear and GapBaby collaboration with Gap, priced from about $15 to $268.
