GANNI
Danish contemporary womenswear label founded in 2000 by gallerist Frans Truelsen as a cashmere line and remade from 2009 by Ditte and Nicolaj Reffstrup. It is known for printed and floral dresses, seersucker checks, oversized collars, logo knits, recycled-fabric outerwear and Western-style boots. US private equity firm L Catterton has held 51% since 2017 and has been running a sale process for its stake. A certified B Corp since 2022, Ganni operates around 75 stores; Ditte Reffstrup remains creative director, with Hans Hoegstedt serving as interim CEO.
