What to know about Tellason

Tellason is a San Francisco denim label founded by Tony Patella and Pete Searson, built around raw selvedge jeans cut and sewn in the city. The line covers a tight range of fits — Ladbroke Grove slim taper, Elgin mid-rise, John Graham Mellor, Fredy wide leg — plus jean jackets, coveralls, chore coats and oxford shirts. Denim comes from Kaihara in Japan and Cone Mills after White Oak's closure. Styling is deliberately unbranded workwear: no logo patches, heavyweight fabric, cuts meant to fade in over years.
