Union Los Angeles
Union Los Angeles is a boutique and in-house label on South La Brea Avenue, owned and creative-directed by Chris Gibbs. It descends from Union New York, opened in 1989 by James Jebbia and Mary Ann Fusco, and built its reputation importing Japanese labels such as Visvim, Neighborhood, WTAPS and BAPE alongside contemporary designers. Its own line covers graphic tees, workwear-leaning outerwear, caps and denim, and the store is known for Nike and Air Jordan collaborations, including reworked Jordan 1, 2 and 4 releases.
