EU law gives you 14 days to cancel most online orders without a reason, usually at your own postage cost, but that does not cover goods from private sellers, so check before buying resale on a marketplace such as Grailed. Search the store name with "complaint" or "scam", treat big-brand items at bargain prices as possible counterfeits, remember that https does not prove a site is legitimate, and pay by credit card so you can dispute the charge. Tillys and Pacsun are the closest mall chains: Tillys sells casual apparel, footwear and accessories from 220 stores in 32 states, and Pacsun leads with denim and streetwear. If you want Zumiez's skate side from an independent, CNCPTS's New York store has a skate room.
Culture Kings sells itself on streetwear, music and sport in big flagship stores, such as its Las Vegas shop at the Forum Shops at Caesars. Kith and CNCPTS are the closest on this page for a destination store, with an ice cream parlor and a cafe, and Up There in Melbourne is the pick in Australia.
Zumiez and Pacsun are the nearest chains for casual clothing and streetwear. To go further into streetwear labels, END. and Goodhood are the place to start, at higher prices than a mall chain.
Foot Locker is the closest chain for mainstream sneakers and apparel. For sneakers from independents, Bodega and Notre stock Nike and Jordan, CNCPTS stocks Nike and New Balance, and END. sells Nike, adidas and ASICS online.
HBX ships to more than 100 markets, and Firmament ships worldwide from Berlin with tax-free delivery outside the EU. Check who pays import duties before you order, since many countries now charge them on low-value parcels.
Grailed is the main marketplace here, with new and used menswear and womenswear. Sellers are often private individuals, so EU cancellation rights may not apply, and Grailed's own buyer protection covers transactions paid through PayPal.
