White Stuff

White Stuff is a British lifestyle retailer selling women's, men's and children's clothing plus accessories, homeware and gifts. Founded in 1985 by George Treves and Sean Thomas selling printed T-shirts and sweatshirts to skiers in Val d'Isère, it now trades from roughly 120-plus UK shops and online. The range centres on print-heavy dresses, embroidered knitwear, jersey and cord separates and outerwear, with heavy use of Fairtrade cotton. TFG London — the UK arm of South Africa's Foschini Group, which also owns Whistles, Hobbs and Phase Eight — acquired the business in October 2024, with both founders leaving the board.
