Paris Texas is a Milan-based women's footwear label founded in 2015 by Annamaria Brivio with Massimo Baltimora, producing Made-in-Italy shoes from a factory in Monza. The name signals its contrast of Parisian polish and American Western attitude: slim stilettos, metallic and patent mules, knee-high and cowboy boots. Brivio won the Footwear News Emerging Talent Award in 2019. Brazilian group Arezzo & Co. bought a 65 percent stake for roughly 25 million euros in March 2023, its first international acquisition; Arezzo merged with Soma Group in 2024 to form Azzas 2154, the current parent. Founders retain 35 percent.
