Brand facts
Phlannèl is a Tokyo label launched in 2014 as the house line of Minami-Aoyama retailer Bloom&Branch. Working from its Aoyama base, it builds quiet, generously cut wardrobe staples — alpaca and wool knits, fine cotton and silk shirting, washi-blend vests, French military-derived coats — largely made in Japan from natural fibers. Its stated aim is clothing that grows with the wearer and resists trends. A second, more everyday line, PHLANNÈL SOL, began in autumn/winter 2019. Namu Shop is its main Western stockist.
