SOPHNET. is the flagship label of Tokyo-based SOPH., founded in 1998 by designer Hirofumi Kiyonaga. It makes minimal, function-led city wear: technical shells and coach jackets, wide-cut trousers, knit polos, shirting and graphic tees, frequently in nylon and wool blends, with football cues carried over from Kiyonaga's sibling lines F.C.Real Bristol and uniform experiment. Seasonal collections release through SOPH. stores in Tokyo, Sapporo and Taipei plus the brand's online store. Recent projects include a Kvadrat textile capsule, Nike FC apparel and Luminox watch editions.
