Italian ready-to-wear label founded in 1969 by Alberto Aspesi as a shirtmaker near Milan, expanding into full men's and women's collections by the late 1970s alongside designers including Walter Albini and Franco Moschino. It is best known for lightweight nylon down jackets and field coats worn as everyday outerwear, plus washed cotton shirting, chinos and technical-fabric separates in a muted, minimalist palette. Textile research drives the collections. Private equity firm Armonia SGR has owned the company since its 2016 acquisition, backing retail expansion across Europe and Asia.
