Ksubi is an Australian denim label founded in 1999 on Sydney's Northern Beaches as Tsubi, renamed after a 2006 trademark dispute with footwear brand Tsubo. It builds collections around distressed and heavily treated jeans, denim jackets, cut-offs and the box-cross logo, extending into graphic tees, sunglasses, kids' wear and underwear. The company entered voluntary administration in 2009, was bought by Bleach Group, and has been backed since 2013 by Los Angeles firm Breakwater Investment Management, which relaunched it from LA. Worn by Travis Scott, A$AP Rocky, Doechii and Charli XCX.
