Maison MIHARA YASUHIRO

Maison MIHARA YASUHIRO is the Tokyo-based label founded in 1997 by designer Yasuhiro Mihara, a Tama Art University graduate who began by hand-building shoes. Footwear remains the core: the "OG Sole" family, including Peterson, Hank and Wayne, is defined by a warped, clay-sculpted midsole that reads as melted rubber. Ready-to-wear applies deconstruction, inverted patterning and trompe-l'oeil layering across tailoring and outerwear. Independently owned and still designed by Mihara, it shows on the Paris men's calendar and collaborates with partners including AUTRY and Union.
